The site administration reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, remove any content you have posted, and record your IP address and other data you provide to assist staff with moderation.
The site administration may update these terms and conditions, as well as the site rules, at any time without prior notice. While we may attempt to inform users of such changes, it is your responsibility to review the terms and rules regularly.

Donations & Purchases

All donations and purchases of in-game items are non-refundable. MCKingdom reserves the right to add, remove, and/or modify content at any time.
Any content, in-game items, privileges or products you receive through donations are considered gifts as a token of our appreciation.
If content is broken, bugged, or missing, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If it cannot be fixed, a refund may be provided in the form of store credits or in-game compensation.
Store credits are not redeemable for real life currencies and are limited to the MCKingdom donator store, MCKingdom reserves the right to change, add and/or remove store credits at any time.
To make purchases, you must either:

• Be at least 18 years old, or

• Have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
  Parents and legal guardians are responsible for any purchases made by minors under their supervision.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to participate in the MCKingdom forum and minecraft network.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (between 13 and 16 in many regions), you may only use our services with parental or legal guardian permission.
By participating in the forum, joining the server or making purchases, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
